Tonight’s meeting will be a General Club meeting, this will give us an opportunity to discuss many new and upcoming events and make some plans for the direction of the Club in 2019-2020.
International President Visit
2019-20 Rotary International President Mark Daniel Maloney and his wife Gay will be visiting Sydney in September this year.
Mark is very keen to meet as many Rotarians as he can whilst he is here, so we have organised a special dinner to be hosted by Mark and his wife Gay, and are inviting Rotarians in Districts 9685, 9675 and 9670 to attend.
The Rotary Clubs of MacArthur would like to extend an invitation to all Rotarians, Police Officers, their families and friends to attend the 2019 Police Officer of the Year Awards.
RI President Mark Daniel Maloney is challenging club and district leaders to grow Rotary.
In his speech at the International Assembly in January, he called on leaders “to grow our service, to grow the impact of our projects, but, most importantly, to grow our membership so that we can achieve more.” You play an important role in helping to achieve his vision and ensure that Rotary Connects the World.
