PDG Harry Durey is the RI History and Archives representative for our District and is requesting all Rotarians to search records and archives for relevant material. This group is
committed to promoting voluntary blood donation around the world. Many clubs in our District are already involved in these community projects, motivating, promoting or organising
voluntary blood drives or collection sessions. They actively implement the motto of Rotary International
‘Service above Self’. Anyone with an interest in donating blood is invited to join the

5)There has been a request from a group called
Tribal Warrior which is based in Redfern and has a focus on ensuring indigenous youth set their sights in the right direction. There are about 12 staff working in the office, many of whom are volunteers, using office furniture cobbled together from whatever they could get, and badly in need of replacement. There may be offices in the city discarding perfectly useable furniture that Tribal Warrior would be delighted to use. Donations in Kind might also be a possibility.
Is there a Rotary Club willing to take up this challenge to find some office furniture for this needy group? Your only cost would be to transport the furniture to Tribal Warrior, once you have located the furniture.
Their website is https://tribalwarrior.org and they are located at 27 Cope St Redfern. (ph) 02 96993491 (e) info@tribalwarrior.org.
