20th September 2026 - Rotary Club of Campbelltown Powers Emergency Ready Day for Campbelltown Council
The Rotary Club of Campbelltown demonstrated the true meaning of "Service Above Self" by partnering with the Campbelltown City Council for the annual Emergency Ready Day held at Koshigaya Park. Held on 20 September 2026, the vital community safety event focused on preparing local families for natural disasters and seasonal risks.
Our dedicated Rotary volunteers took charge of the catering operations, ensuring that 700 people were fed on the day
with a highly successful community barbecue. The seamless coordination highlighted the strong bond between our local government and community service networks.
The event concluded with a special presentation where five community volunteers were recognized by Campbelltown Deputy Mayor Masood Chowdhury for their outstanding support and hard work in making the initiative a resounding success and presented with certificate of appreciation.
