Our Rotary Club of Campbelltown received the 2025–26 Rotary Club Excellence Award, under the dedicated leadership of 2025–26 Past President Iruni Mahagedara and the hard work of all members.
This award is a gentle reflection of the dedication, teamwork and commitment of our members. Much of the work that keeps a Rotary Club moving forward happens behind the scenes, requiring countless hours of planning, coordination, fundraising and community engagement.

Each of these achievements was made possible through the passion, generosity, teamwork and unwavering support of our members and supporters.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to every member who contributed their time, energy and ideas throughout the past year, as well as to everyone in our community who supported our projects and fundraising activities.
Throughout 2025–26, our Rotary Club of Campbelltown proudly delivered a number of important initiatives and milestones:
- August 2025: Installation of our First Peace Pole in Macarthur, creating a lasting symbol of peace and friendship within our local community
- October 2025: Raising vital funds in support of Rotary International’s flagship End Polio campaign
- May 2026: Successfully completing our first international service project through a Rotary District Grant, extending our impact beyond our local community
- May 2026: Travelling to Japan to celebrate the 65th anniversary of our sister club, the Rotary Club of Koshigaya
- June 2026: Proudly represented the Rotary Club of Campbelltown at the Rotary International Convention in Taipei (Taiwan), connecting with fellow Rotarians and celebrating the spirit of service on an international stage
